Will I be dealing with a NZ company?
Yes, you will, we do have manufactures overseas but all customer service and handling will be deal within NZ. You will be able to have direct contact to get in touch if ever needed.
We also allow pick-ups in Henderson, Auckland.
How long will my order take to be processed?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, although during level 3 this could take longer but we will let you know via email.
If you order before 3 pm on a weekday we will aim to send the same day.
How long will delivery take?
It will then take 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated, in certain Levels during Covid-19 these can be up to 7 business days but this will be stated when buying.
How do I track my order?
We send all our Massage Guns with NZ Couriers, you will be allocated a tracking number once the product has been processed and it will be updated once it has been picked up.
Our courier picks up from us at 2pm every day so after that, you will get an update.

What if I have a problem with my product?
All our Massage Guns are tested at the manufacture twice and also at our business in Auckland before sending out. If for some reason there is a problem with your massage gun, we will ask you to send us the product back and we will exchange the product in the first 30 days. If it is after that you are covered on the mechanical parts for 12 months.
If a problem occurs we will again replace or repair the unit once we have received the massage gun.
Where is pick up?
For pick-ups we will send you a link to arrange your pick up, you can book a time slot.
We usually do these from our gym in Henderson or from home which is also in Henderson.
